A key highlight of the project is the terrace swimming pool, conceived not just as a leisure space but as an integral architectural element. Positioned at the upper level, the pool becomes a defining feature of the elevation—adding depth, movement, and a sense of luxury to the façade. Its placement enhances the indoor–outdoor experience while offering a private retreat with elevated views.
The facade composition blends curved forms, vertical fins, and warm material tones, providing both shading and privacy from the street.
